End User’s License Agreement

For those of you who do not know what is an End-User License Agreement (EULA), it is any agreement made between an individual that buyers, downloads, or install software, and the provider or licensor of that same software.

This kind of legal agreement can go by different names:

EULAs are used to define the scope of how the software can be used, cannot be used, and any rights the buyer of the software application may have or not have. They appear when users download, install, or set-up the software. Users have to review and agree to them to complete the installation.
